Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement

These Terms of Use  represent the agreement between Tenth Order LLC ("BompaCrazy.com") and you as a user who accesses or establishes a connection ("user," "your," or "you") to the world wide web site known as BompaCrazy.com ("Site") or electronic content provided by BompaCrazy.com (collectively, the "Works"), which are owned and controlled by Tenth Order LLC.
2. By accessing the Site or Works, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.. You must agree to abide by all of the provisions in these Terms of Use in order to remain an authorized user of the Site or Works and your use of the Site or Works constitutes your agreement to abide by these provisions. 6. BompaCrazy.com is the creation of a public school teacher in New York State. BompaCrazy.com and Tenth Order LLC are operated as a part-time business. In order to fund the Site and Works, BompaCrazy.com has made efforts to profit outside of the operations of the Site. BompaCrazy.com and its creator would never intentionally infringe on someone's rights to copyright or trademark on its Site, in its Works, or elsewhere on the world wide web where its Works may be available. Please consider the cause that BompaCrazy.com was created for: to free knowledge and keep it free. Accept BompaCrazy.com and its creator's sincerest apologies if any copyright or trademark infringement occurs.

8. BompaCrazy.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change any or all of the provisions of these Terms of Use at any time. BompaCrazy.com will notify users of any changes by updating the Terms of Use. Any changes to these Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon updating. Your use of the Site or Works after changes to these Terms of Use will be deemed your acceptance of the changes.

1. The materials on BompaCrazy.com's Site are provided "as is". BompaCrazy.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, BompaCrazy.com does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

3. Limitations

1.
